Motor Testing Equipment

This tester is applicable to test singlethree phase induction motor, stepper motor etc. Once the motor is clamped to the test bench, Hipot, insulation resistance, surge, winding resistance, inductance, power, voltage, current, stall and direction of rotation can be tested at one-stop automatically.
The motor testing equipment is featured with high testing speed, multiple interfaces, easy-to-maintain and self-test.
�¯ï¿½�¬ High testing speed. It takes around 6-8s to test six items of a stator. And the winding resistance test takes 0.1s only.
�¯ï¿½�¬ Multiple interfaces. It comes with USB, LAN, 232, 485, and Can interfaces to achieve function extension. The testing data can be exported via USB port. And the testing system can be connected to the automatic production line.
�¯ï¿½�¬ Easy-to-maintain. The system has the function of remote control, which means the after-sales service is not subject to distance restrictions anymore. We can diagnose the equipment failure or upgrade the software in different cities or countries. The hard ware is easy to change as well since the system is composed of several module cards, which can be dismantled or assembled by the operator easily.
�¯ï¿½�¬ Self-test function. The system will check itself automatically once power on, and remind the board cards are normal or not. If any board card is faulty, the operator will be reminded which one is abnormal.
