2.hardness: 30~36hrc

6.chemical composition:
c:0.35-0.45 si:0.30-0.50 mn:1.40-1.60 p max.0.035
s:0.05-0.10 cr:1.80-2.00 mo:0.15-0.25
7. Heat treatment:
annealing: 710 - 730 °c
hardness after annealing: max. 230 hb
stress relieving: approx. 650 °c
hot forming: 1050 - 850 °c
hardening: 870 - 890 °c
quenching media: oil, salt bath, vacuum
hardness after quenching: 50 - 54 hrc
