As to sustain the quality parameters of strength and durability we use standard raw material like Mild steel, Galvanize (GI) and Stainless steel. Our raw material is taken from the local suppliers which are only assured after conducting lab tests. Accompanied with optimum raw material and perfect production facilities we are able to manufacture the best products to our clients.
Manufacturing Facility:
We work in a spacious are of 1500 sq. ft. wherein we have all the facilities needed for efficient production. For fast and accurate results we are using modern machinery like Power Press, Drill Machine, Power Cutter Machines, Heavy Duty Welding Machine, Hand Press, Vertical Surface Grinding Machine, Bench Grinder Machine, Hand Press, Turning Machine and Latest Tools for our Tool Room. Our concern is well facilitated with the state of the art infrastructure where we are fully equipped with design and in house facilities. So as to meet our clients requirements perfectly, we assure speculated check by our highly qualified technical staff who are given regular skill development training.
Packaging and Transportation:
We ensure complete safety and security while packing our products therefore our products are packed in plastic covering. Manual handling is provided for bulk packaging so that complete safety is ensured while dispatching. As long as transportation facility is concerned we believe in delivering the supply in the allotted time. Our firm is very well equipped with outsourced transportation facility with help of which our products reach the clients destination in specified time.
Honeycomb Conveyor Belt / Flat wire Conveyor Belt:
The honeycomb conveyor belt/ Flat wire belt are constructed from cross rods and a flat metal strip. At the side of the belt the cross roads have a bended ends. He extensive range of Honeycomb Conveyor belts are use in the application such as food processing, freezing, backing, drying, painting, cleaning, transferring as well as parts washing. These provide an open mesh for easy flow of air or gases through the belts and have been appreciated all over the globe. Honeycomb conveyor belts are manufactured from High Carbon Steel, Galvanize (GI), 304 Stainless Steel and 316 Stainless Steel.
Key Features of Honeycomb Conveyor belts is Open mesh construction for quick drainage and free air circulation, flat carrying surface, easily cleaned, easily joined, economical, high strength to weight ration and positive sprocket drive.
Opening Size available are ½” x 1/2”, 1” x ½” & 1” x 1”. Standard Duty Conveyor Belt Strip size 9.5 mm Belt Height, 1.2 mm Thick Flat Strip & 3 mm Diameter cross road.
