MS-ONE is a robust flat bed printer designed for production environments. Versatile and easy to operate the printer is ideal for small production runs, sample production and custom decoration of a variety of substrates including textiles, leather and wood.
MS-ONE is an flat bed ink-jet digital printer which, thanks to its characteristics, makes the printing of t-shirts, trousers, shirts, fabric bags, garments, pre-cut forms, leather, wood, etc. in different thicknesses up to 3.5 inches a breeze. We can supply any kind of shape or form in the printable area that thanks to the unique conveyor belt system can accommodate a wide variety of objects including an endless assortment of special platens.
The four-color digital printing process grants the printing of a practically infinite range of colors with different resolutions from 360 dpi up to 2880 dpi. A White ink option allows the printer to be configured with CMYK colors on side and White ink on the other making direct ink jet printing on black garments a reality.
The available 2880dpi max. resolution delivers photographic quality, coupled with the creativity of the operator MS-ONE will satisfy the most exigent requests of the customer.
A standard PC from, supported by a normal graphic software such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw, is enough to manage the designs to be printed. The proprietary RIP software bundled with the printer allows for easy positioning of the image and simple to use yet very versatile and powerful color controls.
A white ink option is available making color printing on dark garments a reality. Additionally the printer is sold as an "Open System" giving users the freedom to use the ink of their choice as long as it is an ink compatible with Piezo Print Heads.
