This Screw Pump is manufactured under the supervision of skilled professionals ensuring a product with high efficiency, low noise, and little abrasion and long service life. Due to the high-end design, this pump can handle any required flow and pressure. This Pump has a performance range of 0~800m3/h volume and 0~4.0Mpa pressure.

Product Features : MT twin-screw pump type is a well-proven design of high efficiency, energy saving, little abrasion, long service life and low noise. The pump is able to handle the required flow and pressure.It has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, fiber, pharmaceutical industry, food production, paint and paper industries.

Detalis :

Maintain a certain gap between spiral and spiral, and between spiral and the lining sleeve, no mechanical wear, low noise, long life.
Use standard structure, bearing and synchronous gear and independent lubrication, which doesn’t contact the medium, can convey lubricating and non-lubricating medium. A short shaft structure is capable of conveying lubricating medium.
Has a pump body insulation, sealing and cooling system, for the high temperature medium conveying.
High efficiency and energy saving, low failure rate.
By using different materials, various mediums can be conveyed e.g. corrosive and non-corrosive mediums, mixture of gas and liquid.
Realize the flow adjustment under constant pressure, suitable for frequency control.
