Mucocef-o-dt 100 Cefpodoxime Tablet

MucoCef-O-DT 100 mg tablet is a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat a variety of infections such as pneumonia, sinusitis, cystitis, gonococcal infection, etc. caused by bacteria.
This medicine is not recommended for use in case of a common cold, flu or viral infections since it is active against infections caused by bacteria only.
Dosage: Take MucoCef-O-DT 100 at regular intervals as per physician’s prescription. Do not skip any doses. Continue to take it even when you feel better. You must complete the entire course of antibiotic. If you don’t, the infection will not clear completely. Take MucoCef-O-DT 100 with food to improve the absorption.Side effects:

• Decreased appetite

What do I do if I miss a dose?

Take a missed dose as soon as you think about it. – If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your normal time. – Do not take 2 doses at the same time or extra doses. – Do not change the dose or stop this drug. – Talk with the doctor.
