Multi Blade Gangsaw Machines (Diamond)

The machine is designed and manufactured ideally for cutting marble block with high efficiency ,trouble free working with high speed , keeping in view all safety measures at very competitive cost. Multi blade diamond gangsaw machine is suitable to operate with 65/90/120 blades and capable to house a bloack of 4x4x8 ft. 5x5x10 ft and 6x6x12 ft. This machine is having a system of lifting trolley and blade frame moving at fixed position fabricated in heavy steel plates , machine totally work on bronze buses and hardened chrome pistons which gives smooth performance , less power consumption, low maintenance and high production. Variable speed system for cutting soft and hard stones . This includes three trolley for mounting and carrying blocks. Rail line, motors,electric control which is equipped with required safety devices to maintain the life of machine.
