Multi Functional Fluid Bed

DFZ series are multi-functional fluid bed processing facilities by absorbing the techniques of the same type equipments abroad. It is designed for drying, pelletizing, coating material within one equipment. Three kinds of processes (top-spraying, bottom-spraying and tangential spraying) can be achieved by altering different fluid bed equipments according to different processing aim, while the other functional system can be shared (air processing system , fuselage components for fluid systems, air supply system, control system). Fluid bed is the core for different equipment. And the fluidization of material and jetting mode of liquid determine the different ability of the three processes.
