Machine Introduction:

1. Multi spindles engraving: Multi spindles can engrave the same design at same time, greatly improves the processing speed, it is can reach severals single spindles machine’s processing efficiency , and the products with consistency and high quality.
2. Single spindles engraving: The machine can move one spindles to a side to realize single spindles engraving, this case suit for small quantity products processing or produce big board,the Max. board can engraving 1220*2440mm. Reveal human nature design, control the products cost.
3. Independent multi spindles high speed CNC engraving machine , the whole machine is made by thick wall steel structure,after welding tempering aging treatment, don’t deformation and strong rigidity. Portal type movement, the working table is fixed, can processing materials arbitrarily.
4. X Y AXIS are Taiwan AMT high precision, zero clearance square model aggravating sliding linear guide rail, and high precision special process rack, smooth operation, high precision; Furthermore Y axis adopt bilateral drive, speed, high efficiency, bearing heavy and make heavy cutting.
5. High speed CNC engraving machine adopts high power dust collector and perfect centralized lubricating system, work environment is good, the machine service life is longer.
Software function:
1. The machine can engrave any picture or design, support scanning, direct support UG, ArtCAM, Type3, CorelDraw, Proe,Ucancam, carved and other G code format generated by CAD/CAM and other softwares.
2. High speed CNC engraving machine adopts Shanghai weihong PCI control card cnc system(contact with computor), can do breakpoint renewal carving, without electricity memory function, can realize completely offline operation.
