MULTI-TIER LAMP

Altos Electronics, an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company and leader in LED technology, has developed LED based Multi-Tier Lamps. These lamps can be used on CNC machines, moulding machines, conveyer lines to indicate process condition like 'Healthy', 'Alarm' , or 'Fault'. Being LED based lamps, these can be driven directly by PLC output. Besides this feature, the lamp has following advantages: totally immune to vibrations; solid state, maintenance free operation; consumes very low power; very long life, 1,00,000 hrs; and dust and water tight. These lamps are available up to five tiers to indicate five different alarm conditions and can be operated in flashing mode or steady mode. Optionally these lamps are available with audio alarm. These lamps can be ordered to operate on 12, 24, 48, 60, 110 and 230 V or as per the system requirement. Since these lamps are based on LED technology, they are immune to vibrations. This feature makes the lamp more suitable for material handling conveyers or similar kind of applications.
