Manufacturing Unit
We have 2 modern manufacturing units located over the plot area 8300 sq ft. built up 2000 sq ft. and built up area 3600 sq ft. We have installed high-tech machines such as two open roll mixing mills, 9 Hydraulic and pneumatic molding presses, 2 air circulated ovens, etc. to ensure the production of more than two lakh nipples in a month that can be enhanced up to eight lakhs. We ensure to keep the manufacturing facility neat and clean and do not entertain inquiries for other rubber products for ensuring high level of hygiene.

Testing Facilities
We have advanced texting facilities to check hardness, tensile, tear and elongation features of the products. We also own measurement devices such as 20X profile projector. In addition, we also avail services from Indian Rubber Manufacturers Research Association (IRMRA) for exhaustive testing.
