Description of VFFS With Multihead Weigher Machine
This is a vertical form, fill and seal machine for packing all types of light weight multiple products. This machine shall make center seal pouches.Â
This model is mainly designed to pack 10 gm to 500 gm product packing. Maximum reel width can be used in this model is 450 mm open width with 76 mm core ID.Â
Pouch length is controlled by electromagnetic clutch brake and a pair of timer belts which is synchronized with PLC and print registration sensor. Servo controlled drive for pouch length is also available.
Unprinted packing material can also be used in this machine.
