Multiple Cell Heat Exchangers

These Heat Exchangers are also used for Heating Air using Steam as the heating medium. These are specifically designed to handle large Air Volume and for achieving temperature of Air beyond 1500 C. We can also design Heat Exchangers for air temperatures up to 220 0 C. We have facility to manufacture Heat Exchangers with a cross section size of around 7000mm (L) x 4000mm (W) in all material combinations.

Application 
Used for Air Heating in Process houses for drying food products where temperature requirement is above 1250 C. Also used as Air Pre-Heaters in Boilers to get air temperature up to 200 °C.
