Contact SupplierThe equipment is designed to test the lifespan of hardware for sliding doors and folding doors, according to the requirements of the latest European standard for sliding doors (EN 1527:2019) on lifespan testing. The specific clauses are as follows:Â
The equipment can test sliding doors and their hardware. A stepper motor drives the sliding door in reciprocating motion to check the durability of the door rollers and hangers; the travel distance and operating speed can be set via a touchscreen; the number of cycles can be set through the external panel of the controller, and it will automatically stop when the preset number is reached or in case of a fault. The stepper motor drive allows precise control of start/stop positions and operating speed. Movable photoelectric switches are installed at both ends of the test door to detect the door's open/close positions. When the door cannot open or close to the sensor position, the equipment automatically stops.Â
By adding counterweights to the test door, different door weight testing requirements can be achieved.
