The pump is provided with a vacuum gauge at suction & a pressure gauge on discharge pipe. The pump is a monoblock provided with gate valve at discharge, which facilitates estimation of pump performance at various discharge heads. Power input to motor is measured with energy meter. The unit is recirculating type & totally self contained one.
SPECIFICATIONS
1) Centrifugal pump – Monoblock, ‘ISI mark, ‘Kirloskar’ make, 2” x 2” size, 2 stage pump with 5HP 3 phase induction motor.
2) Sump tank – 900 x 900 x 750 mm height.
3) Measuring tank – 300 x 400 x 400 mm. height.
4) Energymeter for motor input measurement.
5) Pressure gauge at 1st and 2nd stage delivery & vacuum gauge at suction for measurement of head.
6) Stop watch.
7) The assembly of pump & control are mounted on the sump tank.
A technical manual accompanies the unit.
