Multistage High Pressure Pumps

he robust design of multistage high pressure pumps like Suction and discharge have integrally cast centerline supports where the Top suction and discharge connection are located in the same plane. In this design Piping stressers are thereby transmitted directly to the baseplate, avoiding possible casing distortion. These pumps have the unique ability that Multi-vane diffusers maintain radial balance at all flows. The Multistage Pumps are designed and manufactured  in such a way that Balancing disc absorbs all hydraulic thrust and the faces of the disc cannot contact under any flow condition or at rest.

Enclosed impellers with extra-long hubs are completely interchangeable. They are dynamically balanced and independently positioned on the shaft. All our multistage high pressure pumps are equipped with an Interstage bushings for trouble free operation. These pumps are available in Separate extra deep stuffing boxes, subject to suction pressure only. Water jackets and mechanical seals are also available.
