1.ultralite multiwall polycarbonate sheet is manufactured using makrolonâ® polycarbonate resin from a globally approved supplier bayer material science, germany.
2.the extrusion machinery is with state of the art technology from european supplier.
3.the technical team is highly qualified and trained by raw material and machinery suppliers.
4.two different types of polycarbonate resin are used to manufacture ultraliteâ® mw pc sheet.
5.additional both side uv coating by co-extrusion is done over uv stabilized polycarbonate resin to ensure 10 years warranty against weathering and light transparency.
6. Ultraliteâ® sheets are available with added feature depending on customer need with infra red protection to reduce the ambient temperature by ~10 deg c and reduce infra red heat radiation.
7.for green house application the sheets are produced with 1 side uv and other side with anti drop coating to avoid the moisture accumulation on inner side of the sheet.
8.ultraliteâ® mw pc sheets are tested in our lab as per global guidelines and approved by our resin supplier.
