Extracted from a rare wild variety of Mustard seeds grown by the tribal communities of the Kuno National Park in Barkheda (Madhya Pradesh), this variety of mustard is native to the land and isn’t available widely.

Wood-pressed using traditional methods which helps retain all the original mustard flavour and helps build immunity whilst aiding muscle and bone growth.

A bottle of this mustard oil not only propagates ancient methods of forest foraging and forest cultivation but also provides a platform for these tribal communities to thrive and remain in sync with nature.

Step 2: Mustard seeds are shade dried

Step 3: Using the ancient wood-pressed techniques, oil is extracted from Wooden Ghani at a very low RPM

Step 4:  Hand-filtered for any impurities

Step 5: Packed and delivered to you in tinted bottles

How to use: Mustard oil is excellent for skin and hair and can be used as a massage oil as well. Traditionally it has been used with salt to massage the gums for oral health, whilst widely being used as a general cooking oil as well.
