Mutton tallow
tallow is melted fat from animal bones and soft tissue. It is wet rendered tallow, therefore, is the purest tallow. It is sterilized high quality animal fat. It is fortified with antioxidants to prevent oxidation. It is supplied in air tight container to prevent decomposition. It is held at more than 65c, therefore bacterial or enzymic activity does not occur & is stable.
