Mycro-PAC Concrete Admixture, Packaging Type : Dark Brown Liquid

YCRO-PAC is differentiated from precast concrete admixture in that it is based on a unique carboxylic ether polymer with long lateral chains. This greatly improves cement dispersion. At the start of the mixing process an electrostatic dispersion occurs but the cement particle's capacity to separate and disperse. This mechanism considerably reduces the water demand in flow able concrete. Mycro-PAC combines properties of water reduction and workability retention. It allows the production of high- performance concrete and/or concrete with high workability.

Method of Application

The optimum dosage of Mycro-PAC to meet specific requirements should be determined by

trials using the materials and conditions that will be experienced in use. The normal dosage

range is between 0.6 to 1 % of cement.

Precautions & Limitations

➢ Do not add Mycro-PAC directly to dry cement & aggregate mix.

➢ Maintain water-cement ratio as low as possible.

➢ Do not increase the dosage of Mycro- PAC than the recommendation.

Shelf Life

➢ Best before 2 years from the date manufacture when in sealed pack and stored under

proper condition.

➢ Store in a cool & dry place.

Health & Safety

➢ Use rubber hand gloves & safety goggles, while using Mycro-PAC

➢ In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water.

➢ Keep out of reach of children
