Mycroblock 200 is based on is based on PCE concrete accelerator and comes in a light-yellow liquid form. Its addition to cementitious mixtures disperses agglomerated cement particles, speeding up hydration and improving the performance of the water content. This facilitates water reduction to be achieved while working continuously, thereby enhancing strength.

Mycroblock 200 accelerators increase the solubility of calcium ions in the mix, promoting faster hydration of cement particles. PCEs are made up of a polymer backbone with carboxylate groups that help reduce the viscosity of the concrete mix. PCEs work by creating a steric effect.
