Leathercords.asia uses pure leather to produce inside stitched leather cords. Each leather variety is checked carefully. If necessary, we don’t hesitate to take the lab test. We use premium Indian leather that has been processed in the way that is used for developing Nappa leather.

Lamb, sheep and various other animals’ leather are used. The process maintains the moisture and real shine of leather. Lead free dyes are applied to maintain international standard.

Machine Work

Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with the modern cutting and stitching machines so each inside stitching is done properly. There is no unevenness in stitching.

For cutting, we have machines that maintain same thickness to get even leather cords.

Manual Inspection
