Narayan Nagbali Puja

This is a rare and powerful three-day ritual performed exclusively at Trimbakeshwar. It is a combination of two different rituals — Narayan Bali, done for unfulfilled desires of departed souls, and Nagbali, done to atone for the sin of killing a snake (especially a cobra). It helps relieve ancestral problems, pitru dosh, health issues, and sudden misfortunes. The ritual is performed according to ancient Garuda Purana guidelines by learned Gurujis.
