We had our own 15 ton per day Tyre recycling pyrolysis plant in Ahmedabad since 2009 & have 2.5 years of practical experience to operate these pyrolysis plants. With the moderation of the society, rubber industry is developing at a rapid speed. Rubber manufactured products are widely used in many fields of life. On the other hand, the pollutant of rubber is also increasing & it is difficult to decompose, which is called as Black Contamination.
As per Indian scenario the output of waste tyres are more than 1.3 billion, third in all over the world. The scrap tires for each year are 65 million, and increasing steadily year by year. So to set up a pyrolysis plant factory in each town, which could extract carbon black powder and tire oil (pyrolysis oil) valuable cost effective energy products from 65-million scrap tire, it is easy to find the raw material.
