svr10 is standard vietnamese rubber to be made from dried, concentrated cup lump and lace rubber. At the factory, materials to be strictly treated through many steps to extract foreign matter, dirt aiming assure finished products meet standards tcvn 3769-2004 of vietnam. Material for processing svr10 after being processed into crumb will be dried at more than 100oc (110+-5oc) and pressed into bale at high pressure then packed according to general standards of 33.33kgs or 35kgsbale. Finished product svr10 with dark brown yellow collor applied for producing rubber products as such as tyre, outsole and others.
in tyre industry, svr10 is mixed with low grade rss, svrcv10 will create preminent products. Besides, combination between svr10 with all grade of latex will create general purpose products which meet all basic requiremenst of tyre industry.
