NATURAL RUBBER LATEX 60 % DRC
A milky white water based viscoelastic liquid is using for adhering two substrates is known as NATURAL LATEX 60% DRC.
Processing of natural rubber latex into high quality latex concentrate of 60% dry rubber content is done through centrifugation.
Centrifuging involves the separation of preserved field latex into two fractions, one containing the concentrated latex of more than 60% dry rubber and the other containing 4-6% dry rubber.
NATURAL LATEX 60% DRC is under the category of TEMPORRARY NR ADHESIVE.
NATURAL LATEX 60% DRC is suitable for sandwich of leather to leather/fabric/Rexine and it is a temporary bonding for stitching.
Classification is based on the end use and joint strength between the two substrates.
