B) low speed mixing method
(1) in low speed mixer mixing, made of pvc and other dry components (pnbr gm50 except) heating to 70 ~ 80 ℃.
(2) to add liquid plasticizer, make temperature rise to 100 ℃.
(3) the unloaded into the mixture cooling segment.
The temperature dropped to 40 ℃ (4) adding pnbr gm50.
(5) the discharging.
