FEATURES OF SAMAY-ASIA HIGH SPEED NC SERVO ROLL FEEDER

HIGH-PRECISION FEEDING :

Aiming at the arrival of hi-tech industry, it is using close-loop feedback control computer system and high resolution encoder to make feeding precision within 20 microns (varied model has varied accuracy).

PROGRAMMABLE FEEDING FUNCTION :

Provide maximum 20 groups of different feeding length, each group provide 999 times punching to satisfy the special manufacture process. (Option)

HUMAN MANUAL MODE :

Can input 3 different manual speeds to provide use operate more easily and feed material more accuracy.

HIGH EFFICIENCY RELEASE DEVICE :

Quickly set up release angle base on press's Cam signal and simply material thickness adjustment.

CONTROL PANEL FUNCTION :

Designed feed length, count speed & angle function key for quickly setting. Feed length from 0.01 mm to 9999.99 mm.

FEEDING UNIT :

The rollers adopt middle hollow style to be light and low inertia for electroplate. Roller surface hardness is HRC60 and hard chromium plated to extend lifetime.

STRUCTURE

• Stabilized steel frame construction.
• Adopted high quality and brushless servomotor as the drive to efficiently shorten the time for delivery adjustment and testing.
• Adopted high-sensitivity decoder to ensure back-feeding accuracy and improve loading accuracy.
• Adopted timing belt to safeguard the gap between gears to guarantee low abrasion, noiseless, free of lubrication, security and environmental protection.
• Motor is internally installed so as to avoid possible damages caused during transportation and loading.
• Standard mounting plate with adjustable feeding height from 40 mm to 140 mm above bolster top level.

CONTROL PANEL FEATURES :

• The system can be operated in MANUAL/AUTO MODE.

The system can store 20 programs. The programming would have ;

• Feeding Speed of Material.
• Acceleration of Roll Feed.
• Length setting.
• Part No. (Recipe)
• Batch Quantity.

REQUIREMENT ON POWER PRESS :

• Press should have 2 potential free adjustable cam switch (Spare) for feed angle signal and pilot release signal.
• In case of Electronic Cam: Press should have 2 (Spare) potential free relay for feed angle signal and pilot release signal.

FEEDING DIRECTION  :Our all lines are designed & manufactured for feeding direction of LEFT TO RIGHT, in case of deviation, please specify while ordering your feed direction.
