this series automatic air cleaning, oil filling and capping machine. It is suitable for ration filling all kinds of edible oil, fruit sauce, flavor sauce, small piece fruit drink other high concentrated liquid. It adopts high pressure aseptic air to blow and clean the inside of the bottle, liquid level in the liquid storage tank and the liquid flowing-in tunnels are automatically controlled synchronously. Empty bottles are conveyed by air conveyer or screw pole. The filling valves, capping heads start working when inspect bottles.

Main structure of equipment
main configuration: this machine is composed of frame and window, force conveying system, air cleaning system, filling system, bottle conveying system, fixed quantify guide rail, capping system, electric controlling system and so on.
Frame and window: frame is used to install driving system, support gyration parts of filling machine and safety window out of main machine.
A, force conveying system: the bottle inlet and outlet conveying system, main rotary system, column of ration guide rail, etc. Are installed on the working platform. Under the working platform, there are main motor, driving worm gear cast, overloading protection and braking device, they are used to protect above system working well.
B, air blowing and cleaning system, this system is used to blow and clean dust by high pressure air of inside of bottle.
C, filling system: this system is the core of whole machine, including filling jar, valve body, piston, etc.
