As compared to other valves Needle Valves are used to Control the flow of liquid and regulation applications at low flow rates. PE Needle Valves are mainly square body designed so as to prevent leakage from the body and bonnet joint. These valves are not suitable for continuous operation in regulation as other shut-off valves like Butterfly Valves and Gate Valves. Ring shaped cross section of needle valves is kept in entire closing movement of piston and this feature makes needle valves ideal control valves.
