FAV Instrument Needle Valves is designed for leak free closure, regulation and management of fluids in process systems. With a wide variety of port sizes, end connections, style, temperature and pressure tolerance FAV Needle Valves are critical for instrumentation, fluid and process control system.

FAV Needle valves are designed for stringent application in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical etc. industries. These Needle valves can be used for throttling and straight isolation in process or flow control applications. These metal seated valves are machined from square bar stock and are available in sizes 1/8” to 2” in various connections. 10000 psi valves are rated upto 1” pipe size.

Rising stem& bar stock body design. Metal-to-Metal seating achieves buddle-tight shut-off, longer stem/seal life in abrasive flow, greater durability for repeated on/off cycles and excellent corrosion resistance

Needle valves available in 316 Stainless Steel, Monel, Duplex & other exotic material.

Needle valves in BSPP, BSPT, ISO, Socket & Butt Weld etc. connections available on request.

Temperature range 100°C to 230°C (400°C  Optional )

Needle Valve are designed for Pressure upto 20,000 psi

Spindle is thread rolled and burnished for smooth operation and long life.
