Neotame

Neotame is 7000 to 13000 times sweeter than sucrose. Its actual sweetness can be adjusted according to the required intensity of sweetness and detailed applications. Neotame can be blended with the energy sweeteners including sucrose and high fructose syrup, it can also be used in coordination with high intensity sweeteners such as aspartame, acesulfame and ssaccharin so as to provide the taste identical with the currently existing regular and sugar-free products.
