Net Radiation Sensor

The KDS-511 Sensor measures net incident radiation and albedo in automatic weather station environments and over various surfaces. The high-performance sensor is based on semiconductor photodiodes sensitive to specified wavelength ranges. It has been developed indigenously using state-of-the-art technology and is built to exacting specifications. The sensor offers stable, accurate performance over long periods of time and is especially suitable for use in the Indian sub-continent. The collected radiation data is used for agricultural and meteorological studies, water conservation efforts, and environmental research.
