Process Simplicity

Reduced water heating time Elizzyme Super conc N1works in temperatures as low as 40oC. Incoming process water needs minimal heating to bring the bath into operating temperatures, reducing time (enabling increased production) and saving energy.

Combined biofinishing.Elizzyme Super conc N1 cellulasebiofinishing can be performed and directly followed with either of Elizzyme Fading enzymes treatment in the same bath. Same bath processing saves water, energy, and time while delivering unique looks to fi nished garments.

High Quality Garments

Consistent garment quality. Elizzyme Super conc N1 gives reproducible garment look and feel even under moderate variations in processing pH, temperature, and time. This product can provide the process robustness required to minimize time consuming and costly garment rework.

PROCESS CONDITIONS

FORMULATION

Elizzyme Super conc N1 enzyme is super concentrated and provides maximum formulation flexibility, meeting the different needs of fabric and garment processors. Elizzyme Super conc N1 enzyme is compatible with most textile processing aids, including buffers, non ionic wetting agents, dispersants, and lubricants. Compatibility should be checked to determine the impact on enzyme performance and stability. A Formulation Guideline is available upon request.

DOSAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

Elizzyme Super conc N1 will require reformulation before use. It is recommended that the optimal dosage of reformulated product be defi ned under the conditions of use to obtain the desired effect. This is best defi ned by fi rst experimenting with a small amount of fabric or garments. The dosage will vary according to fabric type and weight, treatment time, pH, temperature, liquor ratio,auxiliary chemi cals and type of equipment/mechanical action. The dosage recommendations below are starting guidelines for Elizzyme Super conc N1 enzyme as such and should be adjusted for the formulated product using the dilution factor.

If necessary, Elizzyme Superconc N1 enzyme can be inactivated by increasing the pH of the biofi nishing bath to a pH > 9.0 and holding for 5 minutes. Soda ash (sodium carbonate), borax (sodium borate) or an alkaline detergent are recommended for pH adjustment.

SAFETY & ENZYME HANDLING

Inhalation of enzyme dust and mists should be

PACKAGING & STORAGE

Elizzyme Superconc N1 enzyme is available in 28 kg pails, 225 kg drums. Elizzyme Superconc N1 enzyme can be stored at room temperature (up to 25°C) in a sealed container. Reformulated products should also be packaged in sealed containers. Storage and Stability information is available upon request.
