BOSS® 396 Window & Siding/Cladding Silicone Sealant is a onepart moisture curing neutral silicone adhesive sealant specifically formulated to offer outstanding adhesion to most building materials. It adheres to glass, metal, painted surfaces, aluminum, galvanized steel, stone, concrete and masonry surfaces. BOSS® 396 Window & Siding/Cladding Silicone Sealant provides excellent resistance to cold, rain, ozone, heat and sunlight, contributing to the extended life of the sealant. It may be applied in sub-zero weather (-35°F) on frostless substrates without loss of physical property characteristics. When properly applied, this sealant can be expected to extend and compress 50% of the installation width, with no more than 25% movement in a single direction without affecting the seal or adhesion bond.
