neutral protease preparation is produced by submerged fermentation of excellent strain screened by Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Science and extraction with modern technique. It is an enzyme preparation used to catalyze the proteins in neutral environment.
2.Function and characteristics
neutral protease can hydrolyze the proteins to produce polypeptides and amino acids.
3.Enzyme activity
neutral protease: 50,000μ/g

1μ/g is defined as the amount of enzyme in 1g enzyme powder to hydrolyze casein to produce 1 microgramme(μg) tyrosine per minute at pH7.5 and 30℃.
4.Application conditions
Optimal pH: 6.7 - 7.5Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Effective pH: 6.5 - 8.0
Optimal temperature: 45℃ - 50℃               Effective temperature: 30℃ - 60℃
5.Package and storage
1.Package:Â film bag (2 kg/bag) as inner wrapper and carton as outside wrapper, and net weight of each carton is 20 kg.
2.Storage: with the best efforts to avoid insolation and high temperature during the transportation and storage. Keep the environment clean and cool, and it is better to store at low temperature (environmental temperature below 25℃). Stored at 25℃ for six months or at 5℃ for one year, the enzyme activity is not less than 90% of the labeled value.
6.Application scope
neutral protease can be used in leather denuding and tanning, recycling used filmstrip, hydrolyzing animal and vegetable proteins, and used in fabric and pharmaceutical industry
