A Reach Stacker is a versatile vehicle used for handling, loading & unloading, pick & carry operation and stacking of 20ft. & 40ft. cargo containers in container terminals, Ports etc. Reach stackers are able to transport a container very quickly and pile them in various rows depending on its access. Reach stackers have gained ground in container handling in most markets because of their flexibility and higher stacking and storage capacity when compared to forklift trucks. Using reach stackers, containers can be kept 4-deep due to second row access. Reach stackers stand for excellent performance and reliability combined with innovative design. They offer versatile application possibilities for the handling of empty or full containers within demanding intermodal handling systems including harbor terminals, rail terminals, container depots and other logistical systems. 45 Ton Reach Stacker can lift up to 45 Tons in the first Row. It can stack Containers up to 5 high in the 1st Row, 4 high in the 2nd Row and 3 high in the 3rd Row.

Packaging Details The Reach Stacker will be loaded in 2 Trucks/Trailers in dismantled condition consisting of about 4 to 6 pieces. These will be clamped or tied to the platform securely so that it will reach destination without any transit damage. Some temporary Steel Angle pieces are welded in certain locations in the Platform to arrest the movement of these items.

Loadstar is engaged in the design, manufacture and supply of state-of-the-art Container Handling Equipment like Reach Stackers for both Loaded (45 Tons) and Empty Container (10 Tons) handling, Side Lift Trucks for Empty Container (10 Tons) handling, Medium and Heavy Duty Forklifts from 10 Tons to 40 Tons capacity, and Heavy duty pick and Carry Mobile Cranes.
All these equipment will be produced in our modern factory located in Bangalore. This factory of ours was leased out to CARGOTEC for 10 years from 2007 and they recently vacated the premises.
The factory is equipped with the latest manufacturing and assembly facilities. The primary purpose of Loadstar would be to provide the Indian customers with the most modern, low cost, green and efficient machines, which the country has not seen so far. The machines will be packed with innovation and features developed and honed to perfection based on the 42 years’ experience the Management has in this field.
Promoters of this Company has more than 4 decades experience in the Material Handling Equipment line is credited for having found the iconic brand “INDITAL” during the late eighties.
