We are Manufacturer of Ball End Mills. These are used for drilling shallow holes and used to produce multi-dimensional contours in mold or die. It is also commonly known as “Ball Nose end Mills”.

Ball End Mills Manufactured by DIC TOOLS, available in variety of standard sizes and lengths. Ball end mills can be single-end or Double End and can be made from various compositions of high-speed steel. Different types of Coatings are applied to end mills which extend tool life in tough machine material.

Usage/application: used for milling a large corner radius, grooving with a full radius, and profile or contour milling, used for general milling in most materials such as aluminum, brass, bronze, iron, and steel.
