  • Glue agitator for even mixing of hot melt glue and cylinderically grinded Stainless Steel gluing rollers ensures even glue application on all tupes of cover material.
  • Studry Aluminium profile structure with suction hold under the conveyor belt, keep the paper from deviating.
  • Visual positioning system with the help of Robotic Arm & Box feeding conveyor ensure placement of the box on glued paper accurately.
  • PLC based contorl panel with touch screen ensures ease of operation for operator.

Note : Needs Compressed Air connection the time of installation at customer end.
