NeX is a chemical blowing agent for polyurethane with zero ODP and GWP.
NeX has strong internal heat generation due to crosslinking reaction, so the foaming amount can be adjusted by controlling the crosslinking reaction by increasing the amount of water.
NeX can be used to increase MDI usage and Index by having an OH-V of around 400 on its own.
For PIR injection, there are no problems such as reduced flowability, shrinkage, or increased demolding time due to isocyanate reaction even when using a reduced amount of trimerization catalyst.
In addition, for injection, it has excellent flowability, so it is possible to produce low-density products when 100% of Ester Polyol is used, and there are no problems with shrinkage or surface friability.
In particular, NeX is non-toxic and has low flammability, making it easy to handle.
When NeX is foamed, fine cells are created, which provides excellent thermal conductivity characteristics similar to HCFC-141b, and when used in combination with existing physical blowing agents, even better results can be achieved.
