POLYVINYL ACETATE EMULSION (HOMOPOLYMER)

Application: “wood adhesive” is a synthetic resin adhesive intended for wood working and various material where the one of the surfaces to be bonded is porous. This is a specially developed adhesive for Wood working and Furniture manufacturing, MDF/Particle Board/Block Board to laminate.

Note:
1) It is advised to close the lid after removing the adhesive from the drum to avoid skin formation and contamination.
2) If dilution is required then only softened or demineralized & bacteria free water should be used.
3) If there is skin formation, then adhesive is to be used after removal of skin.

harmful and it releases acid fumes in the process of curing .Also silicone being acidic
corrodes the base metals leading to weak bonding.
Urja body sealant is water base sealant and it releases water vapor in the process of curing
and water vapors are not hazardous to any human or agro products. Also it is neutral
products. So does not corrode the base metal.
Urja body sealant has got excellent adhesion and strength as compared to silicone sealant.
Most of the time silicone sealant get cracked and looses it adhesion to metal.
