Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide

That's our trade name for our Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide material. Nitride bonded silicon carbide is composed of silicon carbide (SiC) bonded by silicon nitride. Nitride bonded SiC's typically offer reduced wear and corrosion resistance compared to sintered and reaction bonded SiC materials but they offer economical application performance in less severe process areas that are too demanding for typical metal alloy components.
