We are the first company, in INDIA to introduce NON MAN ENTRY TANK CLEANING SERVICES for small to medium size HFO/LDO/LSHS & DIESEL storage tanks. Our services are offered for a variety tank sizes, ranging from 100 KL to 2000 KL. Currently the most common practice is to drain the liquid out of the storage tank and then award contract to manual cleaning companies to remove the sludge and clean the remaining residue in the tank. This method is not only time consuming but is also unsafe and leads fuel wastage in the form of unusable sludge. Our recommended method eliminates these inefficiencies by using a specially engineered cleaning Skid and Enzyme technology. The Enzyme bio-remediates the bottom sludge and converts it back to useful fuel. The Skid filters out sediments, corrosion and metal particles. It also removes water and send the clean fuel back in to the same tank, The capacity of our machines ranges from 350-700 LPM and the cleaning is done without human entering the tank. In this process, the Skid suction line is connected to the tank bottom drain valve and the discharge line is connected back to the tank. ENZYMES are injected in controlled dosage at the suction point to ensure thorough mixing of ENZYMES, for best results. Our method can deliver up to 90% bio-remediation of sludge and extraction of fuel. Another key benefit of using our service is that we deliver quicker turnaround time and no need for production line to shut down to accommodate cleaning process.
