These fasteners are the non-metallic equivalents of our TYE2003TYE2004 Series (NAS1834) through-hole and countersunk through-hole fasteners. They are available in either polyamide-imide (Torlon®) or polyetherimide (Ultem®), and in a variety of standard lengths and clearance hole combinations. For a ½" (12.7 mm) long fastener, weight savings of 65-80% can be experienced over their equivalent aluminum and steel cousins.
