Custom Non-Metallic WashersCustom Gasket Mfg. has over forty years experience specializing in the manufacturing of precision, custom non-metallic washers for a wide range of industries and applications. We fabricate custom non-metallic washers using our diverse manufacturing capabilities which include: die cutting, stamping, punching, lathe cutting, rubber molding, and water jet cutting. We have the capability to produce custom specialty washers to meet your specifications. Custom Gasket Mfg. provides full production capabilities from prototype and short run quantities through large production runs. Our custom washers can be manufactured from ¼" up to 36" large and are in accordance with all Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) tolerances. The most common materials used include: plastic, rubber, cork, fiber, non-asbestos, specialty papers, sponge, felt, ceramics, and leather. Custom Gasket's large inventory of washer dies enables us to provide a quick turnaround.
