Non-shrink Grouts

CMPL Grouts are non-shrink, free-flowing, high compressive strength, non-metallic grouts. They are oil& water resistant, chlorine free easy-to-use, pre-mixed cementitious grouts for foundation grouting operations. They develop very high compressive strength and unlike metallic grouts do not generate gases leading to a bond failure at surface contact. They are based on expansive hydraulic setting binder systems which impart controlled expansion that ensures permanent bond between machine & foundation.
CMPL grouts are capable of withstanding dynamic loads without disintegrating. Dynamic load tests conducted on CCM™-Shrink-800 has shown that 40X40X80mm specimens stood without damage 2 million cycles of stress fluctuations between 5kg sq.cm. At 500 cycles per minute. They also have very high 7 days pull out bond strength of 200 kg. sq.cm. They are ideally suited for foundations grouting applications of steel structures, cranes, rails, anchors, bolts, base plates, bridge bearings, pumps, motors, compressors, generators, mills, turbines, and many more applications. Flow able & self-levelling properties ensure complete filling of all voids and leads to perfect bearing.
