Application

• Suitable for automatic, Table printing, can create 3D right Edge, round dotted structure, etc.
• The solidifying processing depends on the temperature and time. Higher temperature with shorter time, lower temperature with longer time. 160~180^oC is suggested to improve product efficiency.

• The plastisol ink is elastic and there’s no flour when one scrapes it's not properly cured.
• Suitable for cotton blending, polyester, Nylon, Et al, and all other fabrics which are porous in nature and can withstand temperature n range of 150~180^oC.

Printing Method : Screen print with light squeegee pressure to “puddle” the ink on the surface of the fabric. Too much squeegee pressure will drive the plastisol ink into the fabric and will cause a poor foaming effect.

Curing : The starting point should be 1½ to 3 minutes at 350°F (177^oC). When final cure is achieved, the ink should feel foamy and tacky. The final print should stretch, retract and also resist rub-off.
