Typical Applications

Non-tracking sealant is used in MV terminations for providing sealing. It has excellent non-tracking and insulating properties. The sealant is water resistant and has high adhesion property to connectors and cable components. It is self-fusing and provides a good environmental seal. It can be used for filling voids even for irregular shapes. The color of the non-tracking sealant is red.

Materials

The base material of the non-tracking sealant is thermally stabilized, blended rubber. The base rubber is mixed with chemical additives offering non-tracking and insulating properties.
