NQ 450 Meter Mechanical Core Drilling Rig

P-450 is a new type drill, which has been developed to meet the multi-drill techniques, especially for the diamond drilling. The drive machine can be chose between the electromotor and diesel engine. It’s a spindle type drill. It has inherited many merits from the former type, such as simple structure, easy operation, and convenient maintenance. Except for the above merits, there are also some outstanding advantages as follows:

It can meet the demand of multi-drill techniques, for example, diamond rope sampling, impact gyration, directional drilling, counter-circle consecutive sampling and so on.

• This drill has a wide rotate speed range with many velocity shelves. There are nine clockwise shelves and two counter-clockwise shelves from 33r/min to 1,002r/min, which can be commendably used in all kinds of drilling methods with different rotate speed.   
• The anti-torque device has been equipped to deter rotation of the drill’s spindle, which is very convenient for the directional drilling.
• Great ability of monitor and alarm about the parameter, such as torque and drilling pressure etc.

High degree of reliability

• Equipped with the light automobile’s transmission case, clutch, universal transmission shaft and other high quality general parts which leads to long-life, reliable movement and easy replacement. 
• The connecting rod in force, spring, hydraulic pressure loosen normal close chuck and hard alloy welding on spider, all of these can ensure big clamping force, long-life and reliable work.
• The fuel strainer in the oil channel system can keep the cleanness of the hydraulic oil, which can improve the reliability of the whole hydraulic system.

Completed instrument equipment. The pressure indicator placed in the bottom hole can display its pressure easily for user to observe.
