these units are double walled with inner chamber made of ss sheet (304 grade) argon arc welded, and outer made of ms sheet duly epoxy powder coated. The gap between the walls is filled with special grade glass wool to avoid thermal losses. The inner chamber fitted with immersion type heating element, covered with perforated diffuser tray. A ss sheet cover is provided with the unit. Supplied complete with cord and plug to work on 220/230 volts ac supply but without racks. Temperature from +5ºc ambient to 99º c.unit is fied with microprocessor based pid digital temp. Indicator-cum-controller (display for sv and pv) for temp. Control from +5º c ambient to 99ºc ± 0.5ºc at 50ºc.
